餐厅19的团队由富有经验的主厨 Zdenek Blecha 带领,以现代捷克和国际菜点为主打,注重采用产自当地的高质量和新鲜的食材,随季节变化而推出应季主打菜品,也保留有商务套餐。

主厨  是一个很著名的大厨,他曾经在米其林星级餐厅内和世界顶级厨师戈登•拉姆齐一起工作过。
